Apart from that, I love the mountains, books and travelling, in other words, everything that helps my body and mind to recover calmness

In addition to mat exercises, I have also completed training in working with large Pilates equipment such as: reformer, cadillac, tower, ladder barrel, wunda chair, spine corrector at Michael King Pilates School and Peak Pilates Karolina Libelt. In my work, I also use the knowledge I gained during osteopathy training courses on the use of yoga and Pilates exercises for acute and chronic pain in the spine, shoulders and chest at Osteojoga Maciej Piłatowicz. I am an enthusiast of the achieving positive health effects through good movement and healthy eating.

I'm a certified Personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Ref 1, Ref 2, and Mat 1. In my training, I focus on movement quality, technique, and safety, combining strengthening with mobility. I help people build fitness and improve their well-being in a way tailored to their individual needs.
