REGISTER NOWGroup sessions
In a small group it is easier to find your rhythm, both in movement and in breath. Our group Pilates classes take place in a calm, attentive atmosphere with no more than eight participants. This ensures that the instructor can give each person individual attention, focusing on proper technique and safety. These sessions help you build consistency, enjoy the energy of moving together and feel the benefits of being part of a community where quality matters more than speed. It's time for you, among others, but without pressure. Together, but still in harmony with yourself.
Individual one-to-one sessions
This is time dedicated entirely to you. In one-to-one classes all attention is focused on your body, needs, and goals. The trainer adapts the pace, the choice of exercises and the approach to suit your abilities and how you feel that day. It is the ideal format if you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, undergoing rehabilitation or seeking a deeper and more personal practice. Indyvidual sessions allow you to develop body awareness, focus on the details of movement, and really feel your body returning to balance. It is a moment when distractions disappear, leaving only you, your breath, and complete focus on the here and now.
Duo sessions
Training in pairs offers a different kind of energy, light and supportive, with a sense of shared motivation. Duo sessions can be taken with a partner, a friend or anyone who shares your interest in mindful movement. The instructor offers personalised guidance for each of you, while the flow of the class is created together. This is a great choice if you enjoy sharing experiences, want to stay motivated or simply wish to spend quality time in a way that strengthens both body and connection.
