At Boho Body Pilates, we believe that this method is not only a way to achieve a healthy body, but also a space to meet yourself. It is a moment of pause, when you close the door behind you, leave the everyday noise behind, and truly listen to yourself.
Our Studio
Our studio was created for people who are looking for an effective and
safe way to strengthen their entire body.
Exercises on reformers allow you to build strength, flexibility and
overall fitness, so it is the perfect place for those who want to improve their
endurance, stability and deep muscle balance.
Boho Body Pilates Studio is perfect for both those who are continuing
their adventure with Pilates on reformers and those who want to start it.
We offer training tailored to your individual needs – regardless of your
age, level of advancement or previous fitness activity.
We work in small groups, in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, so that each
session becomes a time just for you.
Every participant is important to us – we dedicate our attention, time
and commitment to make the training as safe, effective and tailored as
possible.
