At Boho Body, we bring a fresh perspective to classical Pilates, blending its timeless principles with the latest technology. We have created a space where your body works with precision and you can observe every stage of your progress. Thanks to screens displaying each exercise, the trainer can focus entirely on perfecting your technique. Our dedicated app analyses which muscle groups are activated during each class, visualises how your body moves and tracks your progress. You can now see as well as feel the results. This integration of Pilates and technology makes our sessions more effective, safer and tailored to your personal level.
